Cambridge Dining Co. is delighted to share an early insight into our forthcoming Summer 2026 menu, offering a preview of both our new starter and dessert selections, thoughtfully developed by our food development chef, Vlad.

This new collection reflects our culinary philosophy: a modern, ingredient-led approach that champions exceptional seasonal British produce, working with suppliers based as close to Cambridge as possible. Designed with standout events and weddings in mind, these new dishes bring a refined, contemporary edge to every celebration, combining elegant presentation with carefully balanced flavours.

The starter selection will include clean, refined plates such as Sicilian Arancini with Saffron Mayonnaise & Aubergine Compote, Charentais with Serrano Ham, Melon Gazpacho, Watermelon Radish & Basil and Cured Mackerel with Smashed Cucumber, Apple, Buttermilk and Dill.

Desserts showcase modern patisserie and stylish coupe presentations, with highlights such as Marinated Strawberries with Basil Cake, Aged Balsamic and Tonka Chantilly and Olive Oil & Pistachio Cake with Orange Mascarpone & Pistachio Praline. Indulgent coupe desserts designed to be theatrically scooped from the tray in-front of guests, include a rich Chocolate Mousse with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and a decadent Cocoa, Coffee & Kahlua Tiramisu.
